2. If SQLDBManager Plus is installed in a directory that contains non-english characters then product is not getting started.
Reason :
This is because the absolute path of the working directory will be
updated in tomcat's server.xml file and tomcat wont start if
non-english characters are present in server.xml.
Solution : As of now, SQLDBManager Plus should be installed in a directory that has english characters only.
