Reset Time in SQLDBManager Plus

Tags:

9. SQLDBManager Plus's time is different from my local time. How to reset it to my time?

ReasonĀ  : Your PC's time zone ( eg: US/Pacific ) is different from SQLDBManager Plus's Java time zone (eg: GMT ).
Solution : In startSQLDBManagerPlus.bat file, add -Duser.timezone=US/Pacific to the start /B %JAVA_HOME%\bin\javaw line. If installed as service, add wrapper.java.additional.6=-Duser.timezone=US/Pacific in wrapper.conf file present in <SQLDBManager Plus Home>/working/conf directory
Note : For Pacific time, it can be also set as -Duser.timezone=Etc/GMT+8
