Adding a SQL Server fails with error message "Service is not Running.
Root Cause: Ping to <Hostname> failed" or error message "Invalid
Host Name/IP Address"
Reason : Either
the SQL Server Host name / Ip is wrong or that SQL Server is currently
down or there is a firewall blocking connections between SQL Server and
the SQLDBManager
Solution : Check if you can ping
the SQL Server using the Host name and Ip from the SQLDBManager plus
server. Also make sure that the SQL Server Host name and Ip are
properly resolved from SQLDBManager plus server.
