1. The status of Availability and Health of SQL Server is unknown

Reason1 : The data collection is not complete.
Solution  : Click on the SQL Server. The 'Next Polling Interval' of the SQL Server Information page provides information of the time when the next polling / data collection starts.

Reason2 : Dependencies are not configured for SQL Server's health
Solution  : Configure dependencies for health and refer to the Configuring dependencies in the User Guide for more information.

Reason3 : Thresholds are not configured for SQL health's dependent attributes or threshold conditions for dependent attributes are not met
Solution  : To do this, follow the given steps:
                    1. Create threshold profile. Refer to the Creating Threshold Profile section in the User Guide
                    2. Associate thresholds with respective attributes. Refer to the Associating Threshold and Actions with Monitor section in the User Guide
