1. While reporting a problem to the support team, what are the details that are required ?
- Error messages in console or web client if any and screen shot of the error
- Support information file ( to create Support Information File, go to Support tab in the product > click on Support Information File link there ) or zip of <SQLDBManager Plus Home>/logs directory
- Build number ( Support tab > Installation Information > Build Number )
- Browser version if it is a web client related problem
- If
its a monitoring related issue or problem in adding SQL server, execute
the <SQLDBManager Plus Home>\bin\troubleshooting\MsSQLDebug.bat
file from command prompt with proper attributes and send us the output
