Username or Password is wrong error during Installation

11. During SQLDBManager Plus installation i get the following error : "The given Username or Password is wrong. Please try again with correct values"

Reason : The user credentials provided to connect to SQLDBManager's database backend SQL Server is wrong

Solution : Check if you are able to connect to the corresponding SQL Server from SQL Server Management Studio using the same credentials provided in SQLDBManager and from the same server where SQLDBManager is installed. If you are unable to connect, verify if the user credentials are correct. If the problem persists, contact us in sqldbmanagerplus-support@manageengine.com
